Leana Deeb is a fitness influencer with a combined social media following in excess of 20M. Having recently grown closer to her Muslim faith and embraced modest dressing, we knew we wanted to feature Leana in our Every Strong Belongs campaign and celebrate her hijab.

Hijabi women are hugely underrepresented in an industry so often focused on showing skin. In Whitechapel, en route to London’s largest mosque, we created a mixed media installation combining a portrait of Leana with a draped fabric hijab.
